How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 2 weeks(14 calendar days) of your receipt date.
1. Please email customerservice@doll2doll.com to request a refund or exchange.
In the subject line of the email please type "Refund Request- Order Number#" or "Exchange Request- Order Number#" .
Include in the body of your email, your name, the name of the doll you purchased and your reason for returning/exchanging the doll.
2. Once the doll and email is received a customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.
Please Note* Doll 2 Doll does not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid for the order.
Return Exceptions
No item can be returned if opened and does not have a manufacturer defect.
Merchandise that have been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If your item is unopened and in new condition, you may exchange your item for an item of your choice. All exchanges will be treated as refunds first, after your refund has been processed a new order will be placed.

If shipping rate specials are not available, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
